1 Definitions
To make these terms easier to follow, here's what we mean when we use certain words throughout this document:
- "Jili Asian," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the jili asian platform and the company operating it.
- "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the jili asian platform.
- "Platform" — the jili asian website at jiliasian.click, including all games, betting markets, account features, and related services.
- "Account" — your registered jili asian player account, including your balance and activity history.
- "Balance" — the real-money funds held in your jili asian account, available for gameplay and withdrawal.
- "Bonus Balance" — bonus credits or free funds awarded through promotions, subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the amount you must bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times).
- "Transaction" — any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or gameplay wager recorded on your account.
2 Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on jili asian. This is not negotiable. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously, and we will take immediate action — including account closure and forfeiture of balances — if we discover a minor has registered.
Geographic Access
Jili asian is operated for and primarily directed at players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Jili asian does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
Restricted Persons
The following individuals are not permitted to register or play on jili asian:

3 Account Registration
One Account Per Player
Each person may hold only one active account on jili asian. If you register multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact our support team — do not create a new one.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Jili asian may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide, and we are entitled to close accounts where verification fails.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — not with friends, not with family, not with anyone claiming to be jili asian staff. We will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately and change your password.
Account Ownership
Your jili asian account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a breach of these terms.
4 Deposits
Jili asian accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Deposit Processing
Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method and network conditions. Jili asian does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transaction fees.
Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit. Jili asian reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Responsible gaming deposit limits set on your account take precedence over standard maximums.
Source of Funds
By depositing on jili asian, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are from a lawful source. We do not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name. Attempts to deposit using fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
5 Withdrawals
Processing Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Jili asian does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name. Processing times vary by payment channel — GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within minutes; bank transfers may take longer.
Verification Before Withdrawal
Jili asian may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide required documentation will delay processing.
Withdrawable Balance
Only your real-money balance is available for withdrawal. Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any winnings generated from bonus play that exceed the maximum cashout limit specified in a promotion's terms will not be withdrawable.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. Do not attempt to circumvent this process — doing so may result in your withdrawal being declined and your account reviewed.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, free bingo cards, and promotional credits offered by jili asian are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you confirm that you've read and agree to the terms attached to that promotion. The general terms here apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
Before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash, the wagering requirement must be met. The requirement is calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ₱5,000 in qualifying bets). Not all games contribute equally to wagering — check the specific promotion for contribution percentages by game type.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or where the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, will expire and be removed from your account. Expiry dates are shown in the promotion details at the time of offer.
Abuse of Bonuses
Jili asian takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed specifically to abuse bonus terms without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses removed and may be closed entirely.
Modification of Promotions
Jili asian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms where reasonably practicable.
7 Games & Betting Rules
Game Rules
Each game available on the jili asian platform has its own specific rules accessible within the game itself. You are responsible for understanding how a game works before placing real-money bets. The in-game rules take precedence over any general description of how a game category works.
Betting on Sports & Esports
All sports and esports bets placed on jili asian are subject to the betting rules for the specific event and market. Jili asian reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there has been evidence of match manipulation, incorrect odds due to system error, or where the event outcome cannot be verified by official sources.
Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all game types. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet or spin. Jili asian may adjust these limits at any time, including for individual accounts where betting patterns warrant it.
Malfunction Voids All Play
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jili asian reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings that result from a clear malfunction will not be honoured.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili asian platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement where applicable:
- Registering with false identity information or on behalf of another person.
- Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent exclusions or claim multiple bonuses.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the platform.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players in card games, bingo, or any other multiplayer format.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your bank or payment provider.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
9 Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters to us. Jili asian collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by Jili Asian
Jili asian may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you have breached these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if we believe your account poses a risk of money laundering, or if continued operation of your account would breach our licensing obligations. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be frozen pending investigation.
Closure by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. If you close your account as part of a self-exclusion decision, the support team will guide you through the responsible gaming process to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Jili asian will contact you before applying any dormancy policy to your account and will provide the opportunity to reactivate it.
12 Limitation of Liability
Jili asian provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili asian's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13 Governing Law

14 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the jili asian platform after changes to these terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and arrange withdrawal of your balance.
